私たちは「人と地球の美しい未来を創る～For Beauty and Well-being～」をパーパスとし、実現するための商品・サービスを創造、提供することをミッションとしています。このミッションを進めていくため医療機関との連携が必要な場合があり、薬剤を起因とした皮膚障害を予防軽減する研究に関して医療機関とともに実施し、患者様の生活の質（QOL）の向上等を目指しています。
がん化学療法は、がん細胞の特定の標的分子に作用する分子標的治療薬の登場により飛躍的に進歩しています。 しかしながら、当初副作用が少ないと考えられていた分子標的治療薬においても治療に影響を及ぼす重大な副作用が認められ、治療の中断や患者様の生活の質（QOL）を低下させる要因となっています。 現在のところ、この皮膚障害の発症メカニズムに基づいた予防・治療法は考案されておらず、さらに、既存の経験則に準じた方法による治療成績は決して良好とはいえないのが現状です。
私たちの起源は薬種商であり、創業者桃谷政次郎がニキビに悩む妻に向けて開発した美顔水が起点となって売薬製造業「桃谷順天館」として新しい幕を開けました。この歴史と企業理念「こころ彩る美肌創りを通じて人々の幸せに貢献する」を鑑みて、この皮膚障害の無いがん治療を支援していくため、医療機関と連携して共同研究を進めています。
