The manufacturing factory has obtained ISO 9001 certification*1 and ISO 22716 certification*2. We have established a world-class thorough quality control system, under which rigorous inspection is conducted throughout the entire process, from the acceptance of raw materials to production and shipment. Individual staff members devote every effort to manufacture reliable and safe products with their whole hearts.

Beautiful natural environment supports our technology and product quality

Located along the Yoshii River, renowned for being a clear stream, Momotanijuntenkan’s factory is in a natural environment blessed with clear air and grand mountains abundant in greenery. “Iwai Waterfalls,” located in the upstream region of the Yoshii River, has been chosen as one of the “100 best natural water sources in Japan,” officially recognized by the Ministry of the Environment.

We place particular importance on “a single piece, a single person, and a single second.”

At the Okayama Factory, we have been promoting manufacturing innovation activity to thoroughly eliminate “unreasonableness, wastefulness and inconsistency” at the factory.
Recently, we have introduced a variable-mix, variable-volume production system, which enables both leveled production of our own brands and mass OEM production at the same time, to meet the demand of all our customers. As a result of repeated improvement, productivity has been nearly doubled for the past 10 years in terms of both the number of varieties and production volume.

We pursue higher-quality products in collaboration with laboratories.

In collaboration with the R&D Department and the Manufacturing Technology Laboratory, we conduct trial production to turn new a formulation into a commercial reality. We are making constant efforts to hone our skills to ensure a certain level of quality. We are also doing research on how to manufacture products in a more efficient and speedy manner without any mistake, by taking a progressive approach to manufacturing in terms of both high quality and high efficiency.
